Maestro de primaria, se especializó en Educación Especial y Pedagogía Operatoria de Piaget, trabajando durante once años en el Departament d'Ensenyament de la Generalitat de Catalunya y ejerciendo como director y jefe de estudios en diversas escuelas. Su camino lo llevó a profundizar en el enfoque de J.
