Educating for Real Life - Amy Zsohar

You can send this one to your educators. I got to sit down with Dr. Amy Zsohar! Amy was named the Minnesota Board of Trustees Educator of the Year for 2023, she is a professor at Inver Hills Community College, and she is also the staff advisor for their LGBT+ Club!What’s fun about this conversation is that Amy seems to have been named as Educator of the Year at least in part because of her “unusual” teaching methods. I asked her all about them and now I understand how what she does to educate her students can work to change our lives for the better.
