Education

from Into the Fire with Rob Read

It was announced this week that we will be moving from code red to code “soft” red this weekend. With a number of people coming back to work there may be a few new faces as you ramp up. Training new people, or investing in existing people needs to happen, however it can be expensive. Workplace Education Manitoba currently offers just over 90 courses at no cost to you. These courses are government funded, and only available for a limited time. We’ve taken advantage of this opportunity, you should too. Jessica LoRusso is heading up the program you can reach her through their website. www.wem.mb.ca Remember the old adage “What if we train them and they leave? What if we don’t and they stay.” Investing in your staff is never a bad idea. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
