Melissa Eddington is in her 17th year of teaching, 15 have been as an ELL teacher. She teaches in a suburban district outside of Columbus, Ohio. Jennifer Borgioli is a senior consultant with Learner-Centered Initiatives. She supports schools and districts with designing assessments and completing assessment inventories. Rita Platt is a Nationally Board Certified teacher and is a Library Media Specialist for the St. Croix Falls SD in Wisconsin.
