Education: Developing Depth of Character | Why Having a Sense of Personal Accountability is Critical

from Support, Protect, Empower - The Project Purpose Podcast · host Rachelle Innocent

#Education #Character #Accountability  Hello Everyone,  Welcome to our second segment on Education, this week 😊   In today's discussion, we're going to take about the most fundamental building block to developing depth of character, having a sense of personal accountability.   It's hard not to feel impressed by performative behaviours that put our minds at ease. Though we've all learned through experience, the quality of our connections are based on what lies beneath the surface, character.   Much of how we get a sense of someone's character is based on their ability to take accountability for their actions. We are all works in progress, and to err is human, one's ability to acknowledge their imperfections, and be forthright when we are wrong, gives themselves permission to grow.    Character is something we cultivate throughout our lives. Allowing ourselves the opportunity to grow, and permission to evolve, is to develop depth of character.   #Education #Character #Development #ErrIsHuman #Accountability #Accountable #PerfectlyImperfect #Growth #Fundamentals  Do you have any questions?
