About Our Guest Mark Weber is a music educator in Warren Township, a former New Jersey public school parent, a doctoral student in Education Policy at Rutgers University, and a member of the NJEA. Weber’s blog, “Jersey Jazzman,” is a nationally recognized source of education policy analysis and commentary. It can be read at jerseyjazzman.blogspot.com. Mark is one of this year’s plenary session speakers at the NJEA Convention. He’ll appear on Thursday, Nov. 10, at 11:30 a.m.  Weber will share his insights on the intersection between politics and policy and their effect on the everyday lives of teachers, educational support professionals and students in the state’s public schools.
