Our guest today is Erica Tuke is an Engineering Design teacher and Instructional Coach at Highland Park High School, in Chicago. Since Erica started teaching eight years ago, she has been exploring project-based learning, EdTech, and ways to make student curiosity the center of her lesson designs. After falling in love with the design thinking process a few years ago, Erica has fully adopted this model in her teaching approach. In addition to design thinking, Erica is passionate about equity in education spaces (especially STEM), authentic assessment, and helping teachers reach their fullest potential through coaching.
