Jeremy Mitchell, the keeper of the Edward Thomas archive based at Petersfield Museum and Art Gallery, tells Mike Waddington that local history or literature students might be missing an edge as the Edward Thomas Fellowship has resources about the times, the poetry and the area - and the connection to Morning Has Broken. He talks about Edward Thomas, his relationship with Robert Frost and shows him some of their historical acquisitions from their archives, The latest contains notes and thoughts in a first edition of Thomas's poems, giving a contemporaneous view from over 100 years ago.  Others offer mysteries to be solved, like a hand written poem to Rupert Brooke from 1919. The Fellowship would be pleased to see students interested in the life and times of Edward Thomas.
