Edwin has done a lot: managing operations of start ups, from development, design, organization, legal, financial, marketing, capital financing and strategic negotiations with client and vendor partners. He joins us today to talk about how he became so successful. He made his first millions in his twenties during the real estate boom in the early years of the 21st century, only to lose everything in the 2008 financial crisis.
