EE 018: Health and Wellness with Christy Campbell

from Endless Endeavor with Greg Anderson · host Greg Anderson

In Episode 18 I sit down with Christy Campbell. Christy is an NCI Certified Nutrition Coach, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, and a USAW Advanced Sports Performance Coach. She is a Navy veteran, Navy spouse and mom of 2 boys and a baby girl. Christy created a program called Fit Me because she believes the solution to weight gain and negative body image is a fundamentally different style of healthy habits and choices, typically not taught in today's culture.  Mastering simple strategies like avoiding fast food and processed junk food, drinking water, moving and building nutritious meals are the foundation of her program. In this episode we discuss Christy's passion for helping people achieve success in health and fitness, her Naval career and of course her new passion with Jiu Jitsu.
