In Episode 85, I sit down with Ron Fithen. Ron attended my Guns and Gis class 001 and made some life altering changes after fully committing himself to pursuing jiu jitsu. Ron talks about how committing himself to jiu jitsu helped him physically, emotionally, and professionally. This is a powerful episode because Ron is a retired police officer and is rediscovering himself in his late 40s, years after leaving the profession of law enforcement and now finding great success in the real estate industry. I loved this episode because there are so many police officers that are ready to move on to a new profession but feel stuck due to retirement and benefits.
