Call it a midlife crisis or a need for change, but Chad is leaving behind a successful career as a custom home builder to follow something that he feels more passionate about. We're sold a lie as Americans, that we need to graduate, go to college, enter the workforce then retire and die. Truth is you can start over and chase new dreams at any point in this life!
