EE 195: Dealing with Know-it-all Parents as a Coach

from Endless Endeavor with Greg Anderson

In Episode 195 we do another solocast! As always, I like to mix it up between guests and solo episodes as it affords me the opportunity to share my thoughts and perspectives with the Endless Endeavor community! Today we take a deep dive into sideline know-it-all parents. We've all heard them at our children's events, and I had to throw one out of my academy for the first time in 10 years! It's shocking to me that a parent with zero understanding of jiu jitsu or exercise will suddenly become subject matter experts and start berating me like she owns the place! We then tell a couple stories of random fights I found myself in when traveling to 3rd World countries, then wrap up with some healing modalities that have shown tremendous benefits inside of short period of time and that is grounding, red light therapy and methylene blue.
