Both men are combat veterans and former police officers. They were inspired by my story of building a new career path post law enforcement and wanted to pursue their passion for archery as a viable career. They left behind the security of a paycheck and benefits and embarked into the unknown as new entrepreneurs with one mission in mind, enrich our community through our passion for archery. Law enforcement is a great profession for many as you'll hear us discuss in this episode, but it's important to build a path towards something new once the fire inside of you has burned out.
