She has 19 years of professional experience in human and organisational development. She worked as a human resources specialist for companies such as the American Management Association and  Aeroméxico y el Centro de Capacitación Alas de América. She worked as an educator in the Institute Anglo, El Centro Educativo Piccolinii, la Academia Maddox y la Universidad Anahuac. She is the founder and general manager of "AVANTE whose mission is to develop talents. She offers coaching and consulting. She is a co-founder of " Me & Myself ", an organisation that creates workshops to help children develop their inner world of emotions, thoughts, goals, mindset, capacity and behaviours.
