In Psalm 22, one of the key passages that speaks of the Suffering Servant, isays in verse 14, “I am poured out like water, and all my bones are disjointed; my heart is like wax, melting within me.” Friend, if you are looking for relief from the pressures of this crazy life and world, come near to the cross of Jesus today, and unpretentiously worship Jesus Christ, the King of glory as having once been brought far lower, in mental distress and inward anguish, than any one among us; and recognize his supreme qualification to become the faithful High Priest. As we reach out to him and embrace him as our High Priest, He will bear our states of oppressive mental pressures and personal maladies, and we will experience the relief that comes through the real manifestations of his healing love that flows through us by the power of His Holy Spirit. "Other Things with...
