EFESME Member Holds Coronavirus Videoconference

Today’s podcast news podcast is sponsored by elevatorbooks.com: www.elevatorbooks.com EFESME MEMBER HOLDS CORONAVIRUS VIDEOCONFERENCE EFESME attended a videoconference organized by its Spanish member, FEPYMA (Spanish lift association), on March 16. Concerning the coronavirus pandemic and measures to be taken in the industry to deal with it, the conference was broken down into four sections: the Italian situation, safety measures by activities, the need for protective equipment and a conclusion. Though focusing on understanding the situation of the industry in Spain, a panel was also dedicated to Italy. FEPYMA Coordinator and representative to EFESME José María Compagni moderated the event, in which more than 100 participants had the opportunity to present their opinions and current difficulties. FEPYMA has already taken further steps to organize more meetings with other EFESME members to monitor the crisis and face it unitedly.
