The Economic Freedom Fighters has told the South Africa's ruling African National Congress not to even bother to call should it need to form a coalition government, especially in the four hotly contested metropolitan areas. The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research has predicted that neither the ANC nor the DA will obtain an outright majority in the three Gauteng Province metros and the Nelson Mandela bay in the Eastern Cape Province. The CSIR is tracking results in the country's fifth municipal elections. Mahlatse Gallens reports
