In this episode of Shift, I chat with Dr. Virginia Bianco-Mathis - a partner with Strategic Performance Group and a Professor in the School of Business at Marymount University.   She is recognized by the International Coach Federation as a professional certified coach with a specialty in leadership. She has more than 20 years of experience and a doctorate in human resource and organization development (Johns Hopkins and George Washington Universities). Her background includes a core set of industry positions, extensive consulting with corporate and agency executives, and publications/presentations in the areas of performance management, organizational change, leadership development, executive team building, coaching and strategic planning.  Her most recent publications include  “The Dialogue Deck” (2020) and Everyday Coaching (2018).
