Effective Teams

What is a Team? A group of people brought together does not necessarily constitute a team. They only become a team when they have a shared purpose, are aligned, support each other, and work for each other. In this episode we look at how teams are developed, referring to Bruce Tuckman model of team development, and team discussion questions by Lance Witt in his book titled, High Impact Teams: Where Healthy Meets High Performance.
