Effectiveness of Commissions

As South Africans keep a close watch at the hearings at the State Capture enquiry many may be asking themselves whether those officials who have been implicated in any wrong doing will face the law. The state capture commission of inquiry is looking at allegations of corruption in most government institutions in South Africa, it is estimated that it will take two years to conclude.
