In Belarus ist ein deutscher Staatsbürger Ende Juni zum Tod durch Erschießung verurteilt worden. Das hat die belarussische Menschenrechtsgruppe Wjasna jetzt berichtet. Das Auswärtige Amt hat den Fall bestätigt und angegeben, mit dem 30-Jährigen in Kontakt zu stehen. Warum das Urteil erst jetzt publik wurde und ob es einen Zusammenhang mit dem in Russland zu 16 Jahren Lagerhaft verurteilten US-amerikanischen Journalisten Evan Gershkovich gibt, analysiert Maxim Kireev.
