Eindhoven to become a City of Learning (workshop at Parktheater)

On November 27 and 28, 2024, the Eindhoven Parktheater hosts an international event for youth workers. It brings together more than 50 youth workers from Belgium, Curaçao, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, Serbia, Cyprus, Nigeria, South Africa, Moldova, Belarus, United States Kingdom and Armenia. Exchange ideas and discover new opportunities for youth work together. Dive into the world of digital badges to discover how we can support youth development in an innovative way. It gives an opportunity to discover new perspectives: to broaden horizons and to discover new ways to support young people. Meet like-minded people: Build a network of youth workers and policy makers from Europe. Learn how you can use digital recognitions (Open Badges) to stimulate the development of young people. Contribute to an inclusive future: Join a group of professionals who strive for a future where all forms of learning are recognized. Youth work in Europe takes place through 'out-of-school learning' and offers young people the opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and attitudes in an informal and practice-oriented way.
