The 28th running of the Xtream Rock Island Grand Prix was held over the Labor Day weekend – September 2-3 – with the city streets of Rock Island, Illinois turned into a two-day karting festival. Reaching speeds of 80mph, karts battled around the 6/10-mile street course to decide this year’s winners of the coveted ROCK trophies – including the three King categories.
