El Cajon wants to pause county programs

El Cajon officials are angry after two registered sex offenders were arrested for allegedly raping minors while staying at an El Cajon motel through a county program. City officials want motels to temporarily stop accepting clients from county programs. Then, an ordinance to ban camping in public places in the city of San Diego moved to the full city council.
