Happy National Census Day! We were invited to El Centro Latino three weeks ago to learn about the census in community! The Census is complex and easy all at the same time--we promise! Learn about the process and history of the Census along with the involvement of communities to ensure their people get counted! We also unpack who are the people not being counted along with the process of jails and detention centers. It’s a lot of information but something that will affect you for the next ten years.
