El Jefe's Hideout - 2003-08-23 Sat

Episode Overview The Hideout returns for a Sunday night broadcast, with El Jefe and J-Dubs navigating a chaotic episode marked by a heated "radio war" declaration and controversial commentary. The hosts recount their experiences at Ozzfest, criticizing the festival's atmosphere, the hygiene of the attendees, and the declining performance of Ozzy Osbourne. Throughout the show, the hosts engage in their signature brand of offensive humor, discussing failed relationships, sexual fantasies, and their disdain for a rival local radio show, "The Big O and Dukes." The episode concludes with a disjointed discussion on college education and civil rights history, punctuated by the hosts' frequent, provocative tangents. 00:00:00 - Show Intro & Housekeeping 00:02:14 - Relationship/Breakup Talk 00:04:30 - Radio War Declaration 00:05:00 - Spoon's Breakup & Sexual Bits 00:26:00 - Ozzfest & Manson Review 00:52:00 - Tommy Bateman & Fan Interaction 01:06:00 - Big O and Dukes Air-Check/Mockery 01:24:00 - College Education Debate 01:44:00 - Civil Rights History & Show Outro Visit https://www.thehideoutradioarchives.com/
