Este episodio amplía el zoom: pone en diálogo a Lutero con Guru Nanak y a los reformadores con Wang Yangming y Li Zhi, para mostrar reformas paralelas que redibujaron devoción, género y autoridad desde Europa hasta Asia. También seguimos las consecuencias: del laboratorio tolerante de Estambul a la confesionalización persa; de los puertos VOC (Batavia, Amboina, Formosa) donde el calvinismo se mezcló con lenguas locales y matrimonios mixtos, a las islas del Caribe con moravos predicando a esclavizados pese a la resistencia de plantadores. El resultado no es un relato europeo exportado, sino una trama de comparaciones recíprocas y efectos cruzados: imprentas, catequesis, consistorios y escuelas que viajaron en valijas postales y bodegas, y que negociaron —a pie de plaza— qué significaba creer, obedecer y convivir. La “larga Reforma”, vista así, es un mapa de conexiones donde milagros, comercio y disciplina se encuentran con políticas imperiales y voces indígenas.
