El PSOE propone reducir el tipo del IBI en un 8,3 %

Santiago M. Argüelles, Portavoz del Grupo Municipal Socialista, ha pedido la reducción del tipo del IBI en Gijón para compensar la subida de los valores catastrales y evitar así el "catastrazo" propuesto por el equipo de Moriyón con una subida entre el 12 y 16 %.
