El rescate... un juego para la clase de taekwondo

Hola apasionados del taekwondo, bienvenidos a un nuevo episodio de nuestro Podcast pasión taekwondo, el programa para los verdaderos apasionados de nuestro arte marcial.Para el podcast de hoy les traigo un juego que puede estimular diferentes capacidades físicas en los niños: equilibrio, técnica y hasta fuerza. Pero lo más importante de este juego es cooperativo y te puede ayudar con el trabajo en equipo y a construir lazos fuertes entre tus niños.Es la ventaja de los juegos cooperativos, para que sean divertidos tienes que ayudar a los demás.Al juego le puse el rescate y se juega de la siguiente manera:Los niños se colocan un cono (o palchagui) en la cabeza y tienen que caminar con el (sin ayudarse con las manos), si se les cae el cono tendrán que quedarse estáticos. Esperando que alguien los rescate ¿cómo serán rescatados? Pues un compañero que tenga todavía el cono en la cabeza tendrá que recoger el cono del suelo y ponerlo de nuevo en la cabeza del dueño.Variaciones específicas para la clase de taekwondo:Mientras esperas a ser rescatado, tienes que estar en una posición de taekwondo.En vez de simplemente caminar con el cono en la cabeza, tienes que caminar haciendo una posición de taekwondo.O mejor aún, tienes que hacer un poomsae con el cono en la cabeza.O más complicado aún, hacer "steps", deslices, desplazamientos o como les quieras llamar, o sombra.Pueden jugar con petos, y para rescatar al compañero primero tienen que contactar el peto determinadas veces con el pie.Igual con petos, para rescatar al compañero ¿Por qué no hacer una patada en específico?
