Hola apasionados del taekwondo ¿Cómo están? Bienvenidos a un nuevo episodio de nuestro podcast "Pasión Taekwondo" el programa para todos los amantes de este arte marcial y deporte de combate.Te voy a traer un juego que seguramente ya has hecho, pero bueno, comparto la forma en que lo hago en mi escuela y algunas variaciones.He experimentado que el nombre del juego "El río", le dota cierto poder simbólico. Los niños se posesionan del juego y de verdad que tengo alumnos que lo juegan aquí desde que tenían casi tres años y les sigue encantando. Entonces, si les gusta, y te puede ayudar para prácticar taekwondo ¿Por qué no hacerlo?La idea del juego es está:Utilizarás dos cuerdas de saltar, las colocarás relativamente cerca (unos 5ocm) y les dirás a tus niños que es un río con pirañas que tendrán que saltarlo para qué las pirañas no se los coman. Eso de las pirañas les encanta a los niños y hace que de verdad se emocionen con el juego (sobre todo los de preescolar).Una vez que todos saltan el río les puedes decir que llovió y que el río creció, entonces separas un poco más las cuerdas y el salto será más largo. Así hasta que los niños vayan llegando a sus límites.VariacionesSalto triple (imaginaremos que hay dos piedritas en el río)Eliminatorio (los niños que pierden salen, esto tiene sus pros y sus contras como escucharemos en el audio)Aterrizando con la pierna que salta (Una buena preparación para aprender la patada de lado)Sin tomar vuelo (Funciona incluso como test de fuerza rápida)Con alguna técnica en específico (por ejemplo patada de lado saltando)Pateando un objetivo (un palchagui por ejemplo)Un juego divertido, demandante, y que estimula la fuerza de los niños pero también la imaginación. Y si le buscamos incluso los niños aprenden ciencias naturales, por qué, el que un río crezca cuando llueve es algo que se aprende en la escuela.
