After nearly a decade in New York, Celina was moving back to her home country of El Salvador. She quit her job and was road tripping down to Miami before planning on flying to San Salvador Friday. But then the president of El Salvador declared that anyone entering the country would have to undergo a 30 day quarantine — often in squalid conditions — and just last night he passed a 15 day state of emergency granting him nearly unlimited powers. Celina shares her story of being stuck in Miami, and her growing alarm about the political environment back home.
