Você já parou para pensar qual é o espaço das mulheres no mercado de tecnologia? De acordo com o levantamento da pesquisa nacional por amostra de domicílios, feita pelo IBGE em 2019, dos mais de 580 mil profissionais da área de tecnologia da informação no Brasil, apenas 20% são do sexo feminino. Por mais que as mulheres estejam ganhando espaço, os ambientes de TI ainda são, majoritariamente, masculinos. Para despertar o interesse de mulheres na área de tecnologia e tornar o setor mais receptivo, surgiu o “Elas ++”, um projeto de extensão da PUC Minas, vinculado ao Curso de Ciência da Computação, direcionado para alunos do Ensino Médio.
