Elderberry

In this episode of the Plant Wisdom Circle Amy explores Elder (Elderberry's) spiritual medicine, and insights from the community's experience with Elder from both her in-person Plant Wisdom Circle, and also her plant spirit medicine course Call Into Darkness. Some of Elder's themes included surrender, liminality, being with grief and death, opening us up to possibility, accessing more of our inner power, and being with the Dark Mother archetype.
