Election Day is finally here, with high voter turnout expected across the country, including here in San Diego. If you're looking for a way to celebrate after turning in your ballot, several restaurants and businesses have Election Day deals. A large homeless encampment along the San Diego River will be cleaned up later today, after several notices were posted around the area.
