This week On The Record with Randy Beamer, details on the effort by District 6 City Councilman Ric Galvan to have the city begin discussing the growing data centers popping up on the far west side.  Galvan cites the massive amount of water usage and power needs of these centers, and wants the city to discuss the impacts these centers will have on our resources.Then, Ramon J. Vasquez, Exec.
