Election Recounts and RCV

Since the year 2000, there have been 11 recounts in ranked choice voting (RCV) elections in the U.S., and six of those happened last year! Two were held in Utah, two in New York City, and one each in Portland, Maine, and Minneapolis, Minnesota.
