She mixes different styles of electronic music and like to build stories through her sets. Focused on a deep progressive groove, using elements from psytechno, psytech, minimal and dark techno/house she creates a musical journey. Mekke Marit got into the electronic scene in 2005, listening to drum´n´bass and dubstep going out clubbing in Oslo city, close to her hometown. Later she discovered the psytrance and techno scene, resulting in many years of dancing and enjoying the music. Getting to know the scene Mekke Marit was intrigued by the style of mixing music and started djing in 2014. The following years she’s been developing her style playing at different venues and party’s.
