I'm the same camping as horrible No, I'm not I'm not I'm not indoors. I enjoy outdoors, but I have a bed and I pay more good So I don't have to sleep outdoors. Yeah, and that's the purpose of camping is get away from that bed and your mortgage and all the children We can sort back and go camping Yeah, it's cocking all right.

You got you got water nearby. You got beautiful scenery. You got no cell phones to strike You've got oh spider. Oh, we're gonna take take your fishing pole.

I'm camping in the lake wake up in the morning Catch yourself some breakfast. All right. I got the wheelies. Let's move on.

I don't have to listen in cars And that was terrifying. I'm good at the whole fishing thing, but the whole you're scared me with the whole no cars no cell phones Yeah, how am I supposed to catch Pokemon? Yeah And silent dawn hello who's back this week and might have been here last week that you'd never know Now speaking of Pokemon go and I wasn't gonna go here But lurch was telling Santa Fein pikachu and it kind of sounds like something a demon to me How does that go lurch? You have to deny the first three Pokemon three times. You have to like you know They come on when you first start the game. I don't have the ad so cockro's and you know that you know that you're the cotro's You tonight I do have that because it's awesome And when you first sign on you get your choice of at least I got the choice of a squirtle or a Charmander Yes So you walk away from them and then they disappear and then they'll reappear a second time and you deny them again You walk away I know you're third time the third time a pikachu will appear with those first three Yeah, sounds like your name should be Judah if you do that.

That's right Or at least however do you want to know? Scratch my arm that was awesome That's because it's you're the devil okay I was like five minutes was like this cat's awesome But then it jumped up and scratched my arm now for those who don't know this cat's cat's like three months old So it's not quite a kitten, but it's not quite an adult cat and so what's his dang when it's awesome He's dangling his arm on the back of the captioning surprise from the cat like latches on with all claws I wasn't dangling my arm just like this. What do we talk about last time last time we talked about P-bags I know that we talked about the conjuring We did talk about conjuring. I went on my rant on how you don't investigate your own home Yes, we talked about fake evidence and we teased actually I teased about EVPs and I didn't do the EVPs because I was looking around a Bag of P and I'll be honest with you Let me explain EVPs really quick because I know that that's kind of one of the things that people who listen to show really want Here's EVPs and I've got a ton of EVPs The problem with EVPs is when you do a podcast that is not live if it was live and I had like a iPod plugged into the mixer And I had our background music on its own channel It would be really easy to do them and I could just have a complete show and send it out with EVPs But when you podcast We just we mix our voices and then there's usually a few hours of post-production on my part rested down from the computer So are you you're making excuses for not knowing how to use your own equipment?

No, I'm not using sounds like it's explaining the process of you know how to use equipment has three kids and so yeah, it's Adam I'm missing ball. No, no, that was not part of the wrong cancer Anyway, so as they sit down to do the post-production We add in the background music after the fact and you don't want your background music over your EP So there's a lot of cutting and chopping and editing that goes into putting an EVP in the show to make it sound good and not be all garbled And so that's why we don't do like EVPs every single episode because it literally adds probably two hours to post-production Otherwise it'd be tainted right Kessel tainted yes, I mean, I'm over here showing someone who's died their dog orange Black stripes on it Pikachu is real so I went for a run yesterday along the Jordan River Parkway And there's this kid out walking and I was as I was approaching him He like stopped and turned and he had his cell phone you could tell he was like trying to catch a Pokemon and I'm like dude Come on. I mean, I don't get it I don't you know I'm not into Pokemon before we delve into the ghost stuff. Let's just call me about as old as Mike You I can totally tell you wait, and you said you were running.

I was running. Yeah, I don't get it I was doing a 12 hour run back in it marathon training mode. I was gonna say you're looking right. Thank you Let's back in last time.

I don't know what I don't know what I'm blessed about 30 pounds Yeah, I'm trying to throw into it for my knees for shot. Do you get it now Don't lost 30 pounds? That's why you know here's the deal though because of the whole cancer thing I've been walking like every night because I have to because You should have a monkey you have all my know and so I walked to local There's a trail that goes by my house. It goes down to the local park now two days after this damn game came out I go to the park and it's like 11 p.m.

And there's like Horks seriously like groups of 20 teenagers huddled around their phones Walking around this park. What the have you seen the viral video of the black guy? That's like almost drunk and he's like talking the snapchat I can't I can't have a bedtime It's like a Pokemon or sleep. Yeah, I catch them all That's the thing you say get your mouth not you gotta catch so You sound right Like he was drunk yeah, I want to go catch a Pokemon, but they got a bedtime So I'm gonna tie this Pokemon into paranormal investigating So just reading some of our friends comments from other paranormal teams that they went in investigation last night And there were several people that kept showing up to their venue playing the Pokemon go and being loud and obnoxious and pretty much Contaminated any evidence of getting so there's a time in a place like I don't think the investigators were playing I was just random people showing up, but still just like if you do play the game kind of be respectful and aware of your surroundings Because I know nothing's more frustrating than people that you know I hate whispers when we're investigating, but I swear to God if I investigate with you and you're playing Pokemon go Your phone is going like in the river or the master of the universe.

You may clip there just a little bit That's why I push the other way from like You will not be taking my phone away from you tonight You are playing Pokemon go while we're investigating your phone is going in the great solid get a knock it out your hands There is a Pokemon there on I'm gonna get it you're there to investigate I am but hey it buzzes it vibrates if there's something there so if it vibrates up well down I'm pretty sure that we're gonna there's four of us well You're on the side of dawn. Okay, so you're cooking a cat cuz So here we go, all right you guys talk Before we get into the nuts and bolts of our podcast There was a new show that I ran across today and I want to hear if you guys have seen it It was really interesting and I can't remember the name of it But I have it recorded but it's called demon stories or demon tales or Demon something it's actually it's a paranormal show But when they do kind of the intro the guy comes on and he says I'm not a ghost hunter and I'm not a paranormal blah blah blah I'm a demonologist and it's basically I mean I'm watching that thinking that's exactly what we do He just happens to specialize in Indiments in the in what we would call the type three is our type fours and Get rid of them You know I didn't watch the whole show but I watch part of it. It seemed very interesting. Have you guys seen it yet? No negative well, you should watch it.

It's awesome. You should find out what it's actually called And then I know and we'll actually watch an episode I'm actually talking about Pokemon go no we're talking about this talk about a new TV show that she doesn't know Who's in it or what the name of the show is? She doesn't watch an entire episode yet. She doesn't watch it, but have you guys seen it?

It's just about a demonologist. I think I've actually heard of the show. Thank you I can't remember. It's called though.

It's called like demon stories or demon tale Demon Chronicles or the demon files Demon's outside. I was called to think that's what my my oracle is done This is what Don doesn't is silent on time is he's scanning internet for Pokemon and use one for nation No, not Pokemon. He was like for Pokemon. He just pulls over when I say stop The demon files the demon files.

It was really good You're held in your playing Pokemon. I am 46 years old. Pokemon is awesome. Okay, enough of that.

All right. We have been Teasing talking about elementals now for the past what three four eight shows since the beginning of time So let's talk elementals and it's interesting now the hard thing about elementals I can't remember if we touched on this last podcast or not It is really hard to do research on elementals because there's a hundred one computer games that use elementals as creatures I can't tell you how many websites and start reading thinking oh, this is great And you read about two pages into it then they mentioned something about the game and it's like a World of Warcraft element Yeah, and so it's it's hard and the other hard thing with elementals is a lot of times folks who believe in elementals Also believe in leprechauns and fairies and and so whoa whoa, so you're saying at the end of the rainbow There's not a leprechaun with pot of gold. I can either confirm or deny However, so as you're interested in the stuff is I got this is pretty good Then they get way off into left field with very folk and I'll be honest with you I'm not a believer in very folk At least known shown me anything convincing enough to be a believer in very folk And so it's hard to take the rest of their information credibly And so it's it's very difficult to do actual research on In fact before the podcast we were kind of doing a little briefing to make sure we were all kind of not necessarily on the same page Because we have some different different I can't talk to us hard to have some different views But I game for all listeners count how many times you said the word hard tonight It's very difficult To I would look at websites and unless I found the same information on at least three websites I didn't even put it in my research because some of it's just wackle and here's the thing with elementals is we have dealt with elementals I want to say almost all the elementals we have dealt with on one occasion or another except for water I don't know that I really dealt with any water elementals. I think there's a water element on my home.

I really do It's called a squirtle Squirtle at a strip club once that's not what that was I've got a joke for you after the podcast. Oh, you guys are so fired. So uh, you can't fire me. I might get in paid Elementals so you can't quit I hate both of you just kidding.

Hey, come back stop. All right. Um, that wasn't funny. I thought it was funny Try again elementals.

So here's the thing on elementals. They're relatively rare. They're not common I mean we've talked about type one spirits which are human spirits we've talked about type two spirits Which are more level and human spirits we talked about type three spirits which are demonic spirits which I've never had and will never have bodies Elementals depending on what information you believe kind of fall both inside and outside the type three Label I know I stand on this but I but we'll get into that in a minute Let's talk about the first you know The interesting is you see the elementals are extremely rare, but it seems like we just about every case that we've come across lately Has one um it seems like the more the darker places that we get involved in do And it's interesting as we did some of this research for this particular episode We've run into some that I don't think we realized what they were at the time Particularly I think about Pepe and Ernest Ernest the garden gnomes. Did we talk about them on a previous podcast?

It's been several episodes ago like last year if we did talk about them investigation was quite a while ago. Yeah, yes But they're rare and common at the same time and I know that's kind of an oxymoron I kind of I tend to lean towards the fact they're in the type three camp. I don't think they've had bodies. I don't think they will have bodies But they also sometimes kind of fall outside the type three designation to an extent Let's talk about the types of elementals and then we can talk about how to deal with some of them Some of them I don't know I know where to find the source material to deal with them But I thought my head I do not The first elemental type is a Earth elementals Usually if there's earth elementals involved in a haunting you want to look for some kind of rock or crystal that somebody's brought to the home Cuz a lot of times I'll touch to something like that I witness claims report little men two to three feet tall usually bearded dressed in caps You're kidding, right?

No, no, no, they appear kind of like gnomes and it's interesting because you say that But you remember Ernest and Pepe at that one home. We started calling them the garden gnomes, okay? And remember they were about I couldn't see them Brandy could right but that's kind of how Brandy described really That's why I started calling them the garden gnomes from how she described them right Because she said they're about three feet tall they were kind of lumpy and had I remember they didn't like you at all No, they didn't hit the one hit in the closet from you I remember that yeah, there was two of them there, but And they were they were really dim-witted to oh yeah, they worked terribly bright when they heard to speak their voices They're reported as a gruff and that's how their voices were reported by Brandy There's a fly. Oh, you're just saying she's wafting She's got so good Pokemon now that's an elemental with her eyes a window mental It's broken broke the window All right, so and that was kind of how Brandy described their Furek I need a young priest and an old priest okay, so earth all metals they do not like man-made metals And they will hide them they can hide metals they can also make metal objects appear.

Oh, sorry I don't need to get sidetracked, but I'm heading down to St. George October 1st for the marathon And I know of a couple places where I can get obsidian like just out in the wild So I'm gonna take a little detour out the west desert And I found a few places where they have kind of little caches of obsidian They just find in the wild so and along that side track Tim and I helped do an investigation for the other podcast life on the rocks Please that a special birthday investigation that Tim and I put together for them On the night the family tree and we've got some stories there about Selenite in obsidian that we'll talk about after we get done And yet to let me know how you weren't there I never made it down the price how that went we can talk about later That was awesome. Listen to the last podcast wasn't really worth my time to spend six hours round trip to drive Just to hang out for like an hour to yeah, I was five days out of surgery. I felt like death anyway back It ends bringing us back.

We'll see when I'm priced on the way down. Okay, so earth elementals They can often be found in mines and caves they can be attached to crystals and rocks again If they're found in a home, it's usually good idea look around see if someone's brought in like a new paperweight or some kind of rock or something like that Now here's just a little side note This is a place where Castle and I differ I don't really have a stand yet But a lot of what I read is that elementals are relatively harmless to humans unless someone has Cast a spell or manipulated one to become more evil than maybe normal But in general earth elementals are more menacing to humans than nice whereas somebody other ones are vice versa And if you find a rock don't lick it exactly and I tend to believe that most all the non-tolls are fall kind of the type three camp I really have to see some first-hand evidence that they are benign just and again frame Who's listening podcast? They know that I take a bit of a religious tone on this whole paranormal thing and For now where they fit in that with me based on what I've seen as they fall in the type three category The little note that I took from a website says that their attractive to human energy fields in original form They're not evil but can be abused a word that distorted and warped by negative energy So that's so I think in our experience like everything we've come across has actually been in like some of storm It seems so it makes sense that they would come off across as like type three But I bet you if like you happen to run across one like while you're out fishing for example or Pokemon honey Pokemon honey You might run into like an actual a lot of things if you're poking on Tings your visit with your mom not where you're going yeah But you might run into like one that hasn't been corrupted yet Yeah, they're probably easily corruptible, but again my position knows I take kind of a religious bent on my paranormal outlook And you guys might be right. However, I've not seen any evidence of a benign elemental everything I've seen has been negative and that falls inside my religious viewpoint the negative That's because everything we've been across has been in like a negative hot water So and now here's the thing there are some Scriptural references to even the rocks would sing and things like that with some joyous things around religious areas Which could be and there's a lot of things from religious standpoint that we just don't know we know That's bearish bearish fraction of that's where I was going with was you're talking about the host of heaven But elementals may or may not be host of heaven They might be just what they name elemental, but as you know I'm just going purely off of what I've experienced and from what of experience they fall into that type three I think you need to spend more time outdoors like camping Well, I think this is a thing is that says that they mostly they don't like to reside in cities So if they're in a city they've been corrupted somehow by negative and people go out and camping They've run across earth elementals or the fundamentals of in so are we gonna close?

Let's go Let's go elemental hunting in the woods seriously No, cuz I know corrupt him see no well, yeah, you will because you're playing Pokemon or throw balls at him I still I still lean towards my theory. I have balls to throw I'm here's a thing and here's a what I would cast can say No, he does not he's got two one of his gold play Okay, so you know and in reality this kind of comes down to my view on paranormal in general And I really think everybody should consider this viewpoint and that's with anything Formably but at the same time keep your mind open enough to change it if you're presented with evidence to support the change You know at this point. Yeah, I lean towards the type three thing But I'll science if I see something that Convinced me otherwise then I have to accept that evidence You know, I if you listen to some of my theories from a few years ago They're different than they are today based on new information new evidence found things of that nature So that's earth elementals. Let's talk about water elementals and dance.

I think you have one I'm gonna let you spearhead that I really do really do so let's just give you kind of an overview obviously What you named it? No, because it'll stay squirtle. You don't name them Maybe I should because then if you name like you can fish they die maybe I should name it Okay, so obviously they've got power over water and this includes all waters dream is rivers marshes waterfalls ponds oceans fountains Rain miss fog. These are more emotional and these are actually fond of humans and I've read this what about lawn sprinklers?

Yes water water They're actually expecting that answer. So They're actually very fond of humans and I read that on several different websites. They love beauty However, if you piss them off they can make you sick And where was my other little bird? Oh humans can if If you make a water elemental mad it can can become as obsessed with you It can make you obsessed with water it can cause a human to commit suicide by drowning And this is why I think I have it in my house It says unexplained and repeated plumbing problems unexplained pools of water And we know that water can be a major conductor of electromagnetic energy Deanna there's just certain things you shouldn't flush down the toilet I think I'm gonna go ahead and name your elemental.

We'll give it a nice kind of melon name like Neptune I have to do the Roman god of war That is not finished because it floods all the time cuz it does all the time back door like second date Yeah, second date you had to go help me fix my plumbing I Anyway, but I do find occasional strange pools of water in my kitchen like what where did this come from? It's the end from an a get on and we don't have any pets. I shouldn't have peed in the corner of your house Did you find various pee bag anything we have any listeners at all and they like it We've never at least I'm not aware of any water elementals that we've encountered during any of our I've read on a lot of websites that they're actually fun if you don't piss them off I know that we've run across earth elementals And actually I forgot to mention with your film and those ways to tell is They can cause animals to behave strangely often scaring them. They can also cause a person suddenly be mover come with a fear of being buried alive And people who are experiencing an earth on mental hunting can have a gourphobia or the fear of leaving their home So they kind of become a shut-in kind of like I was for a week when I had a couple weeks and I had that bag of pee I was a little bit of a shut-in, but those are some of the signs of earth on mental hunting One that we have experienced but they're relatively rare is fire elementals And fire elementals also can be confused or synonymous with electrical elementals.

It's kind of the same Vain of creature if you will or spirit one of the things that you'll get with a fire elemental is a Lot of electrical problems in the home a lot of appliances will fail Just strange behavior from electrical appliances I'm explaining eruption of fires Someone developing a set of session fire is a symptom of fire elemental hunting Fireballs, self-reflecting orbs of light and comes with flames have also been reported No one that I thought was the most interesting about this one It's considered the strongest but again repeatedly over and over again I found that they do not directly communicate with humans And that's communication doesn't mean that they can't start fires or make your your computer fry or something But they don't directly communicate with you and Cleve Evans home he had a fire loan that was affecting his electronic sector I've got video of attacking his cameras. You can see the electronics going absolutely haywire in his camera during one of those attacks The other thing I thought was interesting about these is where the earth elementals tend to appear as Gnomes or gnomes Fire elementals are more often going to appear as your typical devil or demon with the horns looking kind of lizard like they also refer to Fire elementals as salamanders Now the most common elemental That we have run across and I think Jan in the literature I believe you said they're fairly common as well Dan's nodding her head because everybody can hear her not her head. I'm just drinking Lush we were gonna have we're gonna have intervention after the podcast after your drinking problem But a real mentals are the fourth kind of elemental and I think I don't know if they're necessarily the most common everywhere But one of the things is that they like to hang out in the mountaintops and where we are we're pretty high and there's lots of mountains So it might be that we just encountered them. Oh my gosh you need to just stop You're the one that's on we're pretty high My girl this is Utah, not Colorado Now air elementals these are the ones I've run across a lot these are the ones I know how to deal with Most easily compared to others because I've experienced some really nasty Arial mental hauntings that we've had to go in and deal with they are brought in Usually through acts of significant betrayal Which would be warped by negative energy?

Yes, thank you. That is pretty very But they tend to Throw things they tend to break objects. They're associated with sexual assault They cause agitation of fighting when humans These are they give suicidal impulses to jump from my places and a elementals have been connected with abduction experiences and episodes in time They tend to communicate with humans through things such as radio waves So like if you get in your car and you're trying to carry yourself yourself, that's gonna be an elemental or schizophrenia I think they do speak it's gonna be in a whisper They've been known to talk through like low dryers so if you blow in your hair and you hear voices That can be your elemental. It happens to be all the time Now air elementals are interesting the ways to deal with their elemental and I haven't talked about the other ones because there and there are ways to Ward these things off and get rid of them I've not done enough with the other ones to be able to off top my head tell you how I know where the source material is to find out how I just have a couple phone calls because I have a I know an expert on all the Arial elementals in particular and this is gonna sound absolutely batshit crazy, but it works If you put black pepper in vinegar, they do not like the odor of that.

I don't like the odor of that it doesn't smell good So if you have a house where there's a lot of arial mental activity If you get like little cups like little dixie cups and put like an inch of vinegar in the bottom and black pepper They don't like that. They also do not like flame. So if you had a candle in a room where an elementals that they don't like that What are the other things I don't like then they don't like iron so any kind of iron iron pyrite Just iron of any sort arial mental do not like and those kind of things tend to drive them away And one thing that will protect you from all the negative elemental energy is artichoke This is one thing that when I looked I could not find information on it But like castle said that there's a person we know that has dealt with all of them and those kind of all the remedies But online it did say artichoke protects against and I don't know if it's eating it I don't know if you have to rub it on your body dancing under the moon and in reality If I was going on a list of things like if you wanted to deal with all kinds of elementals and all kinds of other things There's various ways to do it that there's some that I prefer over others But really if you look at the list of stuff to keep it like a cleansing kit it basically reads like the entire spice rack at Walmart Again black pepper, you know, we've talked about basil in the past cinnamon cloves What are some other things again? Salt You feel like you're gonna tell me food most of the time oregano Lavender lavender and so it's it's bizarre I know that a number of copper pennies in a room will ward off a certain type of elemental like that Which kind of was if it was air earth so you want older pennies there because the newer ones are Oddly I looked into that it does not matter It's just the copper in general even though it's just copper clads zinc And again, it sounds batshit crazy, but my whole thing though when it comes to dealing with the paranormal and cleansing the paranormal Again, I take a religious aspect on all of it and that as actually my preferred method.

However, I'm not if something works I'm not above using anything that works as long as it doesn't Contradict or go against my religious beliefs You know if they say turn in a circle three times and do the honky pokey we'll get rid of This type of spirit then by damn I'll turn in three circles and do the honky pokey if that's what it takes So just kind of to sum up This is just some general things about all of them that I ran across And I haven't dealt with these enough to to say yes or no So, you know as we continue investigating and deal with these we can You'll fine tune our beliefs and fine tune You know how they react but one of the things that I read over and over and and castle might Grumble it this a little bit too bad. It says it's rare for elementals to haunt within a city Setting the exception is that they have been directly invoked by magical ritual or been warped somehow by negative energy All types can cause mental unbalanced and sensitive people and by mental unbalanced not like forever But if it's around you can you can tell that they're there Another thing is a lot of them if they're not warped, you know, and they haven't been invoked and they're in their natural state They like to play but their play can be rough And they like to tease you if you take yourself too seriously or if you don't take them seriously They'll tease you but I think that those you're probably not going to run into because they're going to be out in the bunnies Maybe you'll find me throughout camping or Pokemon hunting or Pokemon hunting Then there's kind of a last category And I I've got kind of mixed feelings on this category. I don't have everyone else feels that's basically a topa And what topa is is And I'm using my air quotation series and nobody can see me It's an elemental that is basically created by a person and what I mean by that is if Again focuses solely on Pokemon on her phone. She can focus all the energy to a point where she creates a Pokemon elemental Don't give her any ideas.

Well, and I actually wrote down the same quote It says bot form created by human when they mentally obsess over something whether it's unconsciously or consciously Creates it for a specific purpose like oh, I just wish I had you know I help her to help me find all the Pokemon in the world You know, they just obsess over obsess over obsess over it and you'll create or summon something I was gonna say and summon was a really good term because whether you actually create it or whether a type three spirit goes Hey, here's an opportunity. I'm going to pretend to be and I lean more towards the summoning I I do too. I think tokas are more evil spirits. However You know if you're looking to curse is a lot and I know I've talked about the book haunted by the things you love Which is written by john's afus But a lot of curses actually are done through almost a thought form kind of thing where basically someone focuses on an object and focuses a curse on Something so I can basically focus on a ring go The person who wears this ring is gonna have a miserable time and just focus and focus and focus on that And really put a lot of focus on it.

I can do that ring to lurch and I'm actually trying to handle her He's busy playing pokemon. Yeah, no, I'm playing but are you trying to give him a wedding ring words with friends? I can still listen what you're saying But basically that my intent my evil intent on that object and then passing it on can cause that curse I don't know if there is summoning act or just the human mind does have the power to Exhibit and exert that energy That can cause chaos and that's how and not to get too far off into the weeds But that's how a lot of black magic works is its thought turned to intent And it just it kind of comes down to almost a faith thing, but I guess almost reverse faith thing Not a positive faith thing a negative faith thing or just the intent is enough to cause the Well, and if you have if you have negative intent And the religious beliefs the way I believe is if you have negative intent and there's an evil spirit around Or an evil spirit Notices that that's what you're trying to do. Oh, they'll come help you Yeah, and that's kind of where we kind of roll back onto the whole something thing where I think something becomes a thing Um, and so that's kind of a really short That was that was Tim wasn't it with me?

That's what I was saying that's where uh, I told you about some train of thought Oh, we're talking about so many Yeah, and so things get summoned, but that's kind of the reader's digis version on elementals I mean, there's really a lot more on there. We could really go in depth on how to get rid of them Like I said, maybe we should pressure We tried to get that information, but the the gal that um, that we need to talk to had a death in the family I'm quite a close Death in the family so we are kind of giving her her space So when it's been enough time we'll contact her and have some more information for you Right and again and we've dealt with some of these and some of these I know how to deal with but for the most part You know water we've never really had to deal with um earth We've been able to deal with without having to go through special means um if you think you have an elemental Based on what we know odds are it's going to be earth or air Right your fire and your water are going to be the The least likely and in reality too if you have lots of flooding or lots of plumbing problems I would probably look first to actual plumbing problems or actual flooding before it's been 17 years of crap I know I'm just I'm just saying for for Joe public who's listening to the podcast You know if you walked down to your bathroom there's a puddle on the floor. I wouldn't streak elemental I would probably look and make sure there's not a pipe somewhere that needs dead that depends Hey Depends it's all close to home these days All right, so the other thing we had to talk about we'll touch on just a little bit um And then uh threat to talk about this a few weeks ago. We never really got into it, but we Uh, but we're gonna talk about types of mediums types of skills types of skills and this is actually more on the empath type of skill as opposed to the medium type of skill um mediums if you look if you look up, you know sensitive empath medium it goes in that order um everything here A medium is going to have um, but if you look at empaths there are 10 categories of empaths As I found this I thought I'm I'm actually seven of them um There's three that I'm not gonna they're from their weird ones Um, and I would probably even venture to say if I was to throw in my unwanted two scents I think everybody Everywhere within the sound of my voice and outside the sound I voice has probably experienced one of these or more Absolutely sometime in their life.

Just someone who's in tune's probably gonna experience it a lot more Um, I have seen a full figured body that person spirit with my eyes Uh on a couple of occasions one was really crystal clear, but brandy for instance who's not here with us tonight Uh sees them all the time And so all these different gifts are things I think that everybody can experience to some level In their doings way on our ticket tonight, right? I talk english good. I've gone fun. Next work for me All right, please George.

You said I can have a rabbit. Okay, so let's just run through these really quick. Um, so clear cog cognizant means you just know something And I think a lot of people feel this maybe not all the time, but um, you know, you might just know something about your kids You might just know that something's going to happen. Um Something needs to be done truth or untrue stuff like that So then there's the emotionally receptive empath and this is one Let's black up to clear cognizant.

Okay, and see and this is one of those things where I think a lot of people don't realize that This one I think happens to a lot of people a lot of the times I don't realize it um from my ghost hunting aspect and me and Tim have had discussions on this fact We talked about it uh, salt there and it's been nice because I've had brandy there to kind of confirm but I can a lot of times tell where spirits are I just like there's something right there isn't there and I have no other way to know just I Know that there's something there. I've had a few moments like that too I mean, I'm not sensitive at all, but I've had a few moments like that and I kind of chop it up to just kind of like maybe a gut feeling And see, I would think this is probably roll into that clear cognizant category And like I said, I've had brandy there and I'm usually bad about 90 percent of the time I'm right when I'm like, there's something right there isn't there and I get it. Yep, there certainly is and there's really no way I can tell you that I know what I just know That's a good story I was just glancing on because that might be more number seven even the medium empath where you can kind of see feel or hear Or a combination of the spirits of the deceased so it could be one or the other Yeah, and it could be combination. I mean there's nothing that says it could be combination of any one of these if not several So the second one is emotionally receptive.

This is my biggest one and I can physically feel other people's emotions That's just being empathic. I mean, isn't it? How's that? Well, there's there's knowing that someone's not feeling you know feeling a certain way and you feel empathy for them But one day silent dawn was in his office and I was about a third of the way up the stairs and I could tell he was annoyed Before I even saw him and I thought what's going on and I went up and he was shredding mail I thought that makes sense Well, I mean I can I can read people really well and so I kind of I feel like I can do that too But I'm not really sensitive in that regard so I mean I'm not really the devil's advocate.

I mean is that the different? I don't know I kind of chucked up just being aware. Yeah, exactly. But why are you aware because I can as you have that talent you have that And you can ask yourself.

I mean I just planned the devil's advocate And playing both sides false. You don't know what you feel. Do you feel it like you feel heat and cold? For me, there's almost a taste the people's See what is my feeling tastes like?

Or Or are you just aware of what's gone on in their lives and you're aware that they've had a bad day and you are sensitive enough that you're paying attention To them and you care that they're going to I mean where are you feeling it? Are you just aware of it? See and here's the thing that I'm gonna come down in the middle on this one because I'm like lurch I can read people really well. There's a very small fraction of society that I can't read.

Yeah, freak me that out I hate people that I can't read. Yeah, but I can read people like a book I can know in an instant whether when I'm talking to somebody how they perceive me how their their personality, you know, my mrs. Castle Kind of finds a little uncanny because I can crack jokes with certain people and I know they are receptive to the joke and there's other people that I Won't even try because I can just tell us just within a few moments that there's not There's other people I've cracked jokes like that they didn't get your joke No, they totally got the joke. I can tell they got the joke.

They just they're not the kind of No, just that their reaction is not what you would expect from a joke. I can tell by you know They were amused by the joke which is what the point is Music lessons and I can tell when I've given someone too much I can tell when they're overwhelmed I can tell when they need more On the other hand all From and I'm not trying to say I'm an empath maybe I I don't know But at times I think I have felt people's emotions But given my line of work and what I do and everything else I've shut that stuff off You know I can tell someone sad but at the same time I feel that I guess you know I deal with too much of that stuff every day at work that I don't need to feel Or be affected by someone's rage anger sadness I just I there's a great big metal wall that I can put right there that stuff doesn't bother me On ghost hunts for instance when people like we gotta get the hell out of here So I'm going in he got my back lurch. I'm going in because I don't get affected by that stuff like you empaths Do see on our on our and this kind of segues into the physically receptive one that's next on our honeymoon We went to eat at this little restaurant and I'll say the long story But at some point we were almost done eating and I looked at dawn and I said we have to go we have to go right now I had the worst physical feeling and there was actually a couple was the food that bad No, it was really good and the it was it was a new part of each. It was right on the water I mean boats were pulling up in order food.

It was beautiful But young girls were getting in boats with really old guys We've got to go but at some point I looked up and in the bar area There were probably 20 or 30 people there and all of a sudden they all looked exactly the same Which was spooky when I'm like we've got to get out of it I could not get out of there fast enough it was so creepy feeling but the third one is physically receptive Where you can physically feel others illness and pains I love the walking dead But it literally causes me physical pain at some points to watch it So I've gotten to the point where I'll be in the room when it's on and occasionally don't say okay You need to watch this and he'll remind it and I'll watch a little tidbit and I'll listen to it But and even the news I guess the point where I can't physically cannot watch the news because it physically is uncomfortable Anyway anything you want to say no? Yeah, I can kind of I don't know that I've had been physically affected but I And I this may have absolutely nothing to do with any of this this may just be me talking out Yes, but I was gonna say I've had an operation on you know never no no no Well, I just I see high things like that news or just contention to the point where just I just I Get emotional not emotionally just exhausted. Does that make sense? And you just kind of have to turn it off and say you know what?

I just can't do this but anyway, so the next three I don't get these I'm not I Get nothing there's a fauna empath which you can feel animals There's floor empath where you can feel plants and there's geomantic empath where you can feel the earth like natural disasters before they happen I got nothing I can look at a plant with nothing there's nothing going on there So I have no input on these whatsoever Anybody no not really I mean a cat can walk up to me. I'll be like yeah look at the cat And if it's you know if it's laying there with its eyes closed I might think oh look at sleepy because it's eyes are closed but sleeping or dead. I don't feel the sleepiness like I would Yeah, I don't I'm not really experienced many of those well my experience I just mean with anybody around me even experience I think the closest would probably be peach has ability to sense bodies that are buried in the earth or feel energy through the earth from Spirits around which may be close that geomantic empath probably the closest I would get would be the geomantic because I can feel certain things when I hold rocks with that I have to really concentrate on that and sometimes I hold a rock and like yeah I got nothing but sometimes I'll feel like I'm vibrating a little or you know This feels a little negative but it might be more the energy around it than the actual stone itself I don't know I kind of wish Brandi was here to talk about the Medium empath Well, let's talk about mediums for a second since Brandi's not here We'll talk about her Yeah So the medium is actually a step above an empath because they instead of just feels they can actually see and actually hear And in reality even an empath can do that it just is it all falls into the same Umbral of abilities and just something just has to be honed and empaths can teach themselves to such a practice right And what's interesting is there are different levels of mediumship if you will We work with several we've worked with several over the years and I've run across several over the years And everybody's abilities work very differently Similar but different For instance, we talked about peaches and peaches is really good at seeing spirits hearing spirits sensing spirits amazingly good What would you say her ranges Tim? Can you catch a poke you on what you don't I'm playing again?

The farthest I've seen that she's been able to reach is a 25 miles. She's been able to sense things now Can she sense things within the spirit world? Like like crossed over stuff. I don't think so I think she I think if she wanted to if she wanted to open up that ability she could she's not right and that's the next level You've got empaths and then mediums and then psychic psychics can actually interact with she if she wanted to she probably could But she chooses not to and you can teach yourself that I mean if you are a medium you can teach yourself and it's actually because Brandi is amazing That kind of stuff And but then we also have Brandi B and Brandi B also has many of those abilities Some of them are weaker than peaches some of them like Brandi B is really good at cleansing really good at stones That sort of thing and we work with Caden and Caden's really good at manipulating energy You know he admittedly says he hears more than he sees he gets glimpses, but he has this predominantly audible stuff that he and I are more like than either the brand you know, but he's very good manipulating energy and He is a little bit more Links toward the psychic site where he can sense Things and kind of interact with the spirit world a little bit more directly Then there's silent Don sister-in-law Who will refer to a CC?

I don't know if we talked her or talked about her before she doesn't really see the dark negative stuff She doesn't really see type three spirits She can see type one and type two spirits and she actually can see spirits that have crossed to an extent And she can she interacts more with spirits that have crossed and so it's interesting because as you work with all these different Psychics and mediums and I could go on with different ones that we've dealt with them have worked with and just It's interesting because their abilities are all very similar But they're different and they are approached differently and they have different strengths and weaknesses And it's one of the reasons that I like to use different ones because some are better at some things than others are Inviced Versa and it makes it. It's kind of like having five different Phillips head screwdrivers of different sizes They're all Phillips head screwdrivers and they get the job done But not all screw heads are the same size and so you might need a bigger Phillips head for a bigger Phillips head screw Then the jeweler's Phillips head You know trying to take the engine out of your Jeep or something What kind of one sideways and that will my four-day night? Anyway? So that's your medium slash psychics So the next one is the psychometric empath and this is one where you can feel energy in an object The one that you guys don't think I am but I am they give me crap about the guitar It was played in a band.

This has been used for music and there it comes again. Anywho. I have seen her do this Thank you. Oh, the guitar.

No, you have no. I have seen Dan do this with other objects and be pretty dead on Thank you Now the last two I have a hard time that they're separate than some that we've talked about earlier One is a pre cognitive empath which can feel the occurrence of event before it happens Which is kind of the same in my mind as a clear cognizant. Do you guys have any ideas on why those might be different? They seem the same to me.

I think the clear cognizant is in the here and now that you can walk into a situation And I was gonna say this is something that's gonna happen Probably in the near future. Okay, that makes sense. I would probably I think a good example would be the clear cognizant You know hey, there's something standing right there. I don't know how I know there it is, but there's something right here Yes, there is versus the pre cognitive would be similar to Premonitions that peaches have had about attacking me in a basement.

It might not happen right away, but it's gonna happen You know I've seen caned do it a couple times with he's like I'm gonna channel it. I'm gonna channel you know it happened at House English Spanish Fork and you know It was interesting to watch and it's something that could I'll be honest with it something could be easily faked However at that time I had peaches and brandy with me and you know I asked peaches later I still kind of feeling came out see how legit caden was Feeling out not up, but yeah peaches confirmed that yeah He does have abilities and gifts and that when he did channel when basically a spirit was speaking through him It was legitimately yeah, English spit it out Legently speaking through him and that wasn't him, but I mean he knew it was gonna happen early on in the night We'll talk about it here before we call it podcast, but Tim and I had an investigation with a life on the rocks podcast crew for a birthday They had we know I'm gonna pause you for just a second because we just have one more and then we can just jump right into that Let's do that Okay So the last one and from I understand why it's different But for me in the way I feel emotions these are the same as feeling people's emotions and the emotionally receptive empath But the last one is called a telepathic empath which is the ability to read someone's unexpressed thoughts and for me The emotions and the thoughts are the same thing and I can't explain it other than because of some of the motions I can also tell that That's what she does I flip people off at work all the time I was making a little hand gesture just kind of with that all your fingers except that middle one Curl in point right at me. No for me the thoughts and the emotions are the same But I can see how they could be different. Yeah, and I I'm thinking that's just probably deeper level of reading emotions, you know knowing someone's thoughts are based on the emotions They're feeling correct and not even like a word for word thought like yeah I came out of a beach ball that's poking out of red Well, right but one going back to my music lessons I can tell like I had one student was a little heart who was just struggling and I could feel his frustration I could feel and I look that in and I said you're having a hard time reading the music right now You can't read the music.

You look at me goes. Yeah Well, you've done something similar with me before we were all out having sushi and I did the best I could to put on my happy face and act like I normally do just trying to you know be my normal self and when we left We were on our way to record one of our podcasts and you're like I'm gonna ride with you and then as soon as you got the car You're like you can tell me what's wrong like you knew like nobody else picked up on it But you knew that there was some bother me even though I did my best to kind of be my normal self and not let on it I would something was bothering me because I could think again it's not anything that you did physically it's It's really hard to explain but I can it almost has a flavor It was salty It's hard to explain but it's more than just observing with my eyes it's it's a it's weird card exactly now I do think there's a difference though between knowing and understanding how someone feels and how they think what they're thinking Yeah, I understand the difference between I get the difference but for me it's kind of right you kind of the lines blurred More for you, but the idea of I can understand why there's a difference between how people are feeling and how people are thinking You guys want to touch any more of that before we move on to the family tree investigation? Okay, we should probably do it quick though. Yeah, we are gonna do it quick because we are almost out of time And to be honest with you it was a good investigation, but there wasn't there wasn't anything really huge that stood out As far as I mean, we had a lot of flashlights on babysitting duty So I didn't do a whole lot of investing well is interesting because I'm kind of coming back this whole psychic thing is Caden early the night says, you know, they're wanting to channel through me and Caden was kind of under siege the whole night basically and so I basically banned Caden from the basement of family tree Because that's kind of the dark spot But as the night went on You know, he just said they're gonna try and channel through me and through the ghost meter pro through the K2s the flashlights We kept getting answers at yeah, they were gonna try and at one point we got into the the main dining room of the restaurant kind of where the public there's a kind of a private dining room in a public dining room and we move to the public dining room because it's a little less creepy a little less negative energy in the public dining room and Caden was really under siege and You know kind of comes down to this whole clear cognizant thing all the things we talked about at one point Caden was over there, and I just I grabbed a cell and I wound out of my bag of cleansing tricks and I just went over and I grabbed your wand.

Yes, and I poked Caden went I was just getting my next phrase You should have been there I'm glad I wasn't at this point Yeah, and as interesting as Caden goes, wow he goes, you know, because that was you know without knowing you knew that That's what I needed right then. I mean you don't want to watch your brother poke another guy with his wand No, I really do not. There was an audience. There's like 10 people I think I got it on video.

No, that's fine. I'm good. Do we make a porno? Cell night wand Gary and K and make a porno.

Oh dear. And so, you know, I just felt like that's what I needed to do and that's you know, and he said it helped Interestingly enough as this was going on Frank was with us and Frank I'm seeing there he goes It feels like my ankles really heavy like something grabbing my ankles and like anchoring me to the floor and Frank Frank's one of our new investigators and he doesn't really do anything at all with Obsidian and Cell night and rocks And so just I have got three or four big cell night wands that I keep in my funding bag And so I just said hey, hang on to this for a minute Frank And so he did and then a few months I said Frank how you found you still feel like your ankles and stuff are way down No, I feel just fine and then later in the night he grabs me and goes just add curiosity Why'd you hand me that wand? What was the I think I'm I said? I'm trying to experiment just handed it to him and then he goes what was this experiment that you're talking about?

I said well I'm curious to see if that made a difference and you're oh yeah, totally made a difference So Cell night the idea behind Cell night it repels negative energy Cleanses and it cleanses if in fact I keep I have a couple different pieces But I have one little piece that I keep with the stones that I carry all the time because it will actually you can't clean Cell night cuz you'll dissolve it But it will it doesn't need cleaning and it will clean your other stones And on top of that that same night we had a the owner of the restaurant sister was there And she's kind of she's got some of these to put a bluntly she's an untrained medium And I think she knows that she has some gifts, but she's never done anything with them She told me she's afraid to she doesn't know like how to control them and then what to do with them So she's kind of put it off doing anything whether because she's afraid to and it was interesting because there was a spirit there at the restaurant That's basically torn out of her most of her childhood and adult life And it kind of had decided was gonna hang out the restaurant leave her alone Well this particular evening kind of like oh, hey, I remember you and was giving her some issues and Tim what you Tell the story what happened since I wasn't there and you were when this happened We were in the back parking lot And this is about the time I was giving my rosary decaden because I felt like he needed something to protect himself because he kept saying He's gonna get channeled through and she mentioned that she thought I should give him the rosary as well because she could see It's a positive energy coming off of it and nothing coming off of my obsidian So I kind of picked up on that that she was kind of like empathic or sensitive or whatever But that she had abilities so I was curious and I handed her my obsidian And I just asked her to hold it and she asked she was holding in her palm She said I was like literally burning her hand and at one point it actually shocked her So she almost stopped it and then just gave it back to me So I said well I have had a selenite wand with me at the time and a brand new I just barely pulled it out of the packaging and I said why don't you hold this Quick for our listeners just when we keep talking at wands. I don't want you to think like Harry Potter. Oh my jake room stick. Yeah, it's just it's a It's a rod it's basically it's a rod made out of this particular mineral The shape of it when you go to a rock store is a wand.

It's like you win an S for a selenite wand They would know exactly what you're talking about. It's not like a special magic wand or anything crazy It's just a it's the mineral in a long rod like shaped it wand is just if you imagine to describe the shape It's so it's not I don't want to think that we're like magic wand. It's going on casting spells Yeah, it's not what it is anyway, sorry. I'm glad I'm a paranormal investigator.

No, he's just keeps interrupting me So without telling her what the selenite does what the purpose behind the stone is I just said here hold this one and just the look on her face And just like you can you can totally tell that like she instantly felt different put this one did your hand put this put my Wand in your hand. I got something for you Bouchick bow well, it's long and hard to make you feel good And you could tell by look on her face if something wasn't right Anyway, give it a cell night one I don't know if I'm telling a paranormal story here if I'm describing a very bad intro to a porno Dear panhouse I gave her my cell night wand and she felt better.

I was paranormal investigating one night Probably after the listeners this woman's like in her mid-sixties. Oh, that makes it even kinkier. Yes, it does I don't discriminate or far more disturbing either or So I gave her the the cell night and she instantly said she felt better like she said her ankles been hurting her all night ever Since you got to the restaurant she said the pain instantly went away and she said basically it felt like something was being Basically drawn or pulling out of her. She said the best way she could describe it It just kind of felt like like whatever was inside of her was just being kind of like flushed out or pulled out of her and she like her Energy like you just held everything changed and she seemed like she was a lot happier.

Does that make sense? Just she's more uplifted She like she was she didn't want to let go of this thing She just I'm like, you know what like I have a feeling that like when I bought this I don't know why I bought it. I just did I'm like I think I know why I bought it now and I'm like this is yours Just keep it. She's like let me pay for it I said no, I'm like I'm pretty sure that I bought this for you This is yours.

I was it pretty cognizant. It happens Yeah, and see that makes sense to me because after the last time I went to family tree We hadn't said it where they thought that Lucy had followed either me or Castle home and it wasn't me But I Or she did something else but I did have I can't remember like an aching my shoulder and aching my elbow some I had ak Somewhere didn't really put the two together at all But Cece who we talked about before silent on sister-in-law she had come over to the house for some reason like the next day or two days later And I mentioned it to her and she kind of went into her her medium mode and she says well you have a Child that's hanging on to you. We're trying to get your attention and she crossed the spirit over as soon as she crossed the spirit over the aque No, interesting. It was really interesting.

I'm like, okay I said to be cross and she said yes, it cuz I don't hurt anymore I think it's gone so you know just having a spirit in your body, you know, whether it's and it's not necessarily a possession But it's trying to get your attention or you know trying to Whatever it's trying to do the selenite will make it go away Especially that's negative Yeah, so other than that I mean it was a pretty typical investigation There's nothing crazy that happened that I can really recall a lot of flashlight activity like K2 activity I did get a couple e bps. Nothing awesome. I Think they're class B's if I remember right and I think there's one where we're talking about so it's hard to tell Other than that we're gonna call a show because we've been investigation scheduled for like in an hour and 20 minutes Yeah, and so we're gonna call it a night.
