The most positive thing to happen in the past 24 hours: Had a great moment while visiting a chiropractor, where he was concerned over some business issues and looking at his phone, his wife told him he should put his phone down to get the most out of the chiropractic session, after which he ended up having an amazing conversation with the chiropractor who ended up wanting to get involved in a syndication with 7 other practitioners!   Favourite European City: Munich, Germany.  A mistake that Derek would like you to learn from so that you don't have to pay full price: Find out what your own limiting beliefs and blindspots are. Do your due diligence, face your fears and just go for it!
