Chef Corso is a classically trained chef and outdoor cooking expert on a mission to elevate the outdoor food experience. As host of Outdoor Eats TV and author of the popular Trail Meals cookbook series, he’s redefining how people eat outdoors through fun, approachable recipes that inspire creativity, connection, and adventure—one camp stove meal at a time.
