Ben James lives in Worcestershire in the UK with his wife Hannah and daughter Hettie. He has a background in chiropractic and has worked in the medical industry promoting medical devices for sports injuries over the last few years. Ben left the chiropractic profession as he was disillusioned by the ‘whack n crack’ approach he saw from many and the clinic he was part of. However, having seen spinal surgery in action, and with my own belief of a movement-based approach to back health Ben started the back pain solutions podcast to help empower back pain sufferers to take control of their own back health.
