Elise Foreman Carter, Advanced Integrative Nurse Coach and author dishes on nurses owning the value they bring to healthcare and how Transpersonal Development allowed her to pen her first book.

Soon after becoming a nurse, Elise realized there were barriers for nurses to be able to both demonstrate the value they bring to healthcare and to practice to their fullest potential. This took her on a journey to study Integrative Nurse Coaching and Transpersonal Development. She went on to earn certifications from the International Nurse Coach Association in Advanced Integrative Nurse Coaching and Clinical Imagery. These tools allowed her to pen her first book, "A Nurse Coach Implementation Guide: Your Crash Course to an Effective Values Conversation".
