Having deployed into the invasion of Iraq, he would go on to serve eight years as an elite Force Recon Marine, before spending the next few years working for various U.S. Government organizations in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as Israel and Palestine during the Israeli-Hezbollah war. Jason's perspective is uniquely grounded in his upbringing, being born in America but raised in Indonesia before coming back stateside to serve his country.
