As a writer, broadcaster and consultant Elizabeth Oldfield is passionate about helping people and organisations grow to align with their values, particularly in the third sector. She was Director of the religion and society think-tank Theos for ten years and now hosts the Sacred Podcast - a show exploring people's lives and the values that shape them.
