Hour 2 was all about football and a little bit of everything else. The boys took a deeper dive into the Edmonton Elks' season opener, discussing Nick Anderson getting the start at middle linebacker, David Beard locking down the centre position, and why those were two of the biggest battles throughout training camp. They also talked about two rookies cracking the starting receiving corps and why getting a win in Week 1 could go a long way toward building confidence early in the season. Later, Marc Majeau joined the show to preview Game 2 between the Knicks and Spurs, share his thoughts on the Elks heading into the season, and chats about his work with the CEBL.
