She is also one of Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35, and co-author of the book 'How to Make a Difference.’Unenthused by the prospect of becoming a lawyer, Ella dropped out of one of the UK’s top 5 law firms so she could make real change. Alongside her mother, she decided that the best way to achieve this was by starting a charity aimed at empowering youth across the globe.
