Ellen Greenberg's Death Again Ruled Suicide

A long awaited update in the death of Ellen Greenberg remains a controversial one as the Philadelphia medical examiner's office has once again ruled her death a suicide. The 27-year-old school teacher was found dead inside her locked apartment in 2011. An autopsy revealed Ellen had sustained twenty stab wounds to her head, neck, back, and heart.
