Elli Hikes tackles the Winter Spine Race (Episode 154)

We find out how the rest of her epic hike went, and chat to her about her recent attempt to complete the Spine Race Challenger South, a 108 mile challenge where she faced knee deep snow and extreme sleep deprivation.
