We meet them at pubs, roadhouses, resorts, and they are so entwined in the 4WD Tribe experience that when covid hit and they didn't come many remote roadhouses and Hotels simply stayed shut or wound back the services they could offer. It's obvious after covid how much impact backpackers have on the 4WD Tribe experience in Australia.I certainly felt this personally at Drysdale River Station on the Gibb after 16 days remote on the Oombulgurri Track I just wanted a cooked meal and a beer I didn't have to prepare. Well, the beer was on, but because of staff shortage, no meal!Elodie tells us about her adventures and what makes Australia so good. Elodie's attitude is refreshing and a testament to what makes this country so great. You just seem to meet the most amazing people in the 4WDTribe.
